Refund & Returns Policy

At Asili Nexus, we take pride in the quality, sourcing, and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings—many of which are natural, agricultural, consumable, or custom-processed—our refund policy is structured to protect both buyers and producers.

Eligible Returns:
• Product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Issue reported within 7 days of delivery
• Product unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To request a return, email hello@asilinexus.com with order number and photos.

Non‑Returnable Items:
• Consumable goods (honey, bee products, powders, supplements)
• Agricultural or farm‑sourced products
• Bulk or wholesale orders
• Custom or made‑to‑order items
• International shipments once dispatched

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error was ours.

Bulk & Wholesale:
Bulk transactions are governed by separate agreements and handled case‑by‑case.
