1. Why does the color, texture, or smell of your products vary?

Our products are 100% natural and minimally processed. Variations in color, texture, aroma, granulation, or consistency are normal and expected. These differences occur due to seasonal changes, plant source, geographic region, climate, and harvest conditions. Such variations do not affect product purity, quality, or potency.

2. Are your products standardized or chemically altered?

No. We do not chemically standardize, bleach, or artificially enhance our products. Each batch reflects its natural origin and harvest conditions.

3. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis can be provided upon request for bulk, wholesale, and export orders. COAs are issued by partner or independent laboratories and may include purity, moisture levels, and contaminant screening where applicable.

4. Are your products tested for contaminants?

Testing is conducted based on buyer requirements, destination country regulations, and order size. We follow best practices for sourcing, handling, and storage to maintain product integrity.

5. Are your products FDA or EU approved?

Our products are natural agricultural raw materials. Regulatory requirements vary by country and intended use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations for finished products, supplements, cosmetics, or resale.

6. Where are your products sourced from?

Our products are ethically sourced from smallholder farmers and beekeepers across East Africa, including Kenya and Uganda. We prioritize sustainability, traceability, and community impact.

7. Do you work directly with farmers and beekeepers?

Yes. We work directly with producer communities and cooperatives, reducing intermediaries and ensuring fair compensation and responsible sourcing.

8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We support bulk, wholesale, and B2B orders. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product.

9. Can you support private labeling or custom packaging?

For bulk and wholesale orders, we may support private labeling, custom packaging, and export-ready formats depending on order size, lead time, and destination requirements.

10. What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?

Most bulk orders are fulfilled within 2–6 weeks after order confirmation.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship domestically and internationally.

12. Who is responsible for customs clearance and import duties?

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and regulatory clearance in their destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Do you provide export documentation?

Yes. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where required.

14. Are your products intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease?

No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

15. Can your products be consumed directly?

Usage depends on the specific product and buyer application. Some products require further processing or formulation.

16.What are your Returns, Refunds and Damages terms?

Due to the nature of natural and consumable products, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
