One of our founders stood beside a mother who had just walked eight kilometers—with a baby strapped to her back—to fetch one jerrycan of murky water. Nearby, another team member witnessed elders training youth in beekeeping, unlocking the potential of Africa’s indigenous bees. That’s when it clicked: clean water and bee venom—two overlooked resources—could drive dignity, health, and income for underserved communities. So we built Asili Nexus, a venture rooted in community, powered by technology, and committed to transformation from the ground up.
